New Dates for Summer Meetings 2008

Our meetings for JULY and AUGUST 2008, will take place on the second and fourth TUESDAYS of the month:

Pollokshields Burgh Hall is a popular venue for weddings, so if you see wedding guests outside - you are in the right place, just come into the Burgh Hall building - and ask for the Southside Speakers meeting!

Meetings have a friendly and supportive atmosphere. There's no dress code, so just come along as you are.

Pollokshields Burgh Hall is located at the corner of Maxwell Park - accessed from the corner of Glencairn Avenue and Dalziel Drive, not far from both the M8 and M77. There is ample free parking within the grounds and on-street.

By train...

The venue is also very near (2 minutes walk) to Maxwell Park rail station, served from Glasgow Central on the Cathcart Circle line (download a train timetable here - pdf document)
